Archive Messages

  • Archived messages are removed from your inbox, but kept in your account so you can always find them later.
  • All Mail enables you to see a list of all archived messages - all the mail you've ever sent or received, but have not deleted.

Block Unwanted Emails

If you you are receiving emails you don’t want, you can block the sender or unsubscribe from the sender, as described on the Google Help page.
