Some Temple University users were experiencing Active Directory account lock, which was preventing them from logging into workstations and TU exchange email for thirty minutes.
On Thursday 5/17/18 between 8am-10am, kronos users were receiving 'SAML Token validation failed' error message when trying to access kronos.temple.edu. IT Services resolved this issue.
A new phishing scam has been reported in the mailbox of some Temple University users. If you receive this message, do not click any links or attachments.
